This solid Fundex FVE 60 (model 45) ringvibrator has been extensively overhauled by the manufacturer and has not been used since the overhaul. The ringvibrators are used for the extraction of steel tubes in the driven cast in situ piling process. The steel casing with a lost steel plate that acts as a shoe are first drivien into the ground with help of a diewel or hydraulic hammer. When the tubes have reached their final depth, a reinforcement cage is placed and the steel tube is filled with fresh concrete. After concreting, the tube is extracted with help of the Fundex ringvibrator. This model ringvibrator is suitable for steel tubes with a maximum diameter of 711mm. Multiple clamping sets available for different diameter tubes. The minimum diameter is 324mm. The Fundex FVE 60 ringvibrator has an impressive centrifugal force of 1600kN which is created by the two eccentrics. The vibro runs at a frequency of 1600 rpm and creates a massive amplitude of nearly 20 mm. With the double shock absorber package it is suitable for a pull up untill 80 tons. The power pack comes with a control box which has a special joystick to operate the ringvibrator.
