HD-YY250 Hydraulic Butt Fusion Welding Machine We offer a new HD-YY250 hydraulic butt fusion welding machine designed for welding PE, HDPE, PP, PVDF, PB and PPR pipes in the diameter range from 90 mm to 250 mm. The HD-YY250 is a professional hydraulic welding machine suitable for pipe installation companies, water and sewage networks, gas pipeline works, industrial pipe systems and PE pipe welding applications. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic station with a pressure accumulator. This feature helps maintain stable welding pressure, reduces the risk of pressure drops and provides better control of welding parameters during the joining and cooling process. Compared to standard welding machines, the HD-YY250 is additionally equipped with practical accessories such as a welding parameter table mounted on the hydraulic station, transport wheels for the main frame and a portable timer for welding and cooling time control.
